Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• Previous experience with electronic circuit design is required.
• Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuits, schematics, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in 3D design tools (SolidWorks) and LAN/WAN networking technologies.
• Expert troubleshooting skills down to the component level.
• Advanced technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital, embedded, and analog circuit designs.
• Design embedded software and develop LabVIEW solutions.
• Design and develop test fixtures and test requirements.
• Lead design reviews and multi-disciplinary failure analysis.
• Coordinate large-scale or complex engineering projects.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, quality, and outside suppliers.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to engineers.
