Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join the Digital Embedded Solutions Team in the United States.

You will translate product requirements into software and hardware requirements, design and develop device drivers for SoC platforms, and work on embedded software, microcode, and debugging across global locations. The role requires 5–7 years of industry experience, strong C/C++, ARM core knowledge, and familiarity with RTOS/LINUX.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in firmware and bare metal drivers for MCUs, DSPs, or heterogeneous SoC architectures.
• Experience in bootloaders and device drivers.
• Strong debugging skills with IDE, JTAG/SWD.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into SW and HW requirements.
• Collaborate with software architects to design and develop device driver software for SoC solutions.
• Develop embedded SW, microcode, and bare metal drivers for SoC products.
• Develop software for performance analysis and profiling.
• Ensure software development, testing, debugging, integration, and documentation per standards and evaluation boards.
