Tek Ninjas seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize embedded software for appliances and consumer platforms. You will own subsystems end-to-end, ensure reliable performance across development, manufacturing, and field environments, and mentor junior engineers.

Collaboration with hardware, QA, manufacturing, and product teams is essential to deliver robust platform solutions.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with a Master’s, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C/C++ for embedded software, Python for custom tools, development on FreeRTOS / embedded Linux, peripheral driver integration (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, LCD, LED).
• Experience with MCU platforms (STM32, NXP, ESP32).
• Ability to use lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer) for debugging across software and hardware boundaries.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Embedded Software Development and end-to-end module ownership across the lifecycle.
• Architect subsystems with guidance from principal engineers.
• Implement RTOS-based designs or embedded Linux components.
• Integrate platform components into product applications and ensure correct behavior.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to elevate code quality.
• Leverage Python and automation tools to improve development efficiency and quality.
