Draper is seeking a Principal Embedded Software Engineer to develop high-performance software for resource-constrained targets, spanning undersea, terrestrial, air, hypersonics, and space domains. You will own substantial portions of the software lifecycle and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, highly skilled team.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in software engineering for embedded systems, deep knowledge of C/C++ and Rust, and familiarity with OS techniques, JTAG debugging,

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of software engineering experience in embedded or related fields.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance (Secret preferred).
