Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Test and Inspection Embedded Software Engineer (Experienced or Senior) to join our Hazelwood, MO team. The role focuses on developing, integrating, debugging, and testing C/C++/C# software for NDI and ATE equipment, including UI updates, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Windows runners in GitLab.

Experience in embedded software design, hardware integration, and test equipment software is required, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• 5+ years of experience programming in C, C++ or C#.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• 3+ years of experience with test equipment software development and sustainment support.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development, test, debugging and maintenance of software for ATE/NDI devices meeting standards.
• Translates customer requirements into software designs for embedded devices and systems.
• Develops and tests embedded software on specific hardware.
• Integrates embedded software with hardware components.
• Monitors and improves efficiency and stability of embedded software systems.
• Participates in testing and debugging of embedded software.
