Job summary

Qualifications

Requires 12+ years of software/system development (or 8+ with a Master's) with expertise in three or more areas listed above.

Write detailed user documentation for program operation.
Establish detailed program specifications through discussions with government stakeholders.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Guide the design and development process to completion.
