Job summary

Lynx Software Technologies, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX (and Palmdale, CA) seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Autonomy) to develop embedded software for autonomous flight systems. You will contribute to autonomy software, perception, and mission-critical applications as part of a multi-site team.

Required skills include C/C++, Java, Python, Bash, and experience with ArduPilot/PX4, UAS operations, and Git. DoD security clearance eligibility is required; some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience in C, C++, Java, Python, and Bash for embedded systems.
• Experience with autonomous flight systems using ArduPilot and/or PX4 flight controllers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded software for autonomy and flight applications.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams and communicate project status effectively.
• Document designs, verification plans, and software releases.
