Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to own embedded software for connected and ADAS solutions in our forklift portfolio.

You will drive architecture, integration, validation, and product roadmaps while coordinating with suppliers and cross‑functional teams. The role combines technical execution with product management responsibilities, including software releases, testing, and ensuring performance, reliability, and safety across telematics, LiDAR, AI cameras,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, EE, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of embedded software engineering experience in OEM environment.
• Experience managing embedded software from concept to EOL with feature prioritization.
• Proficiency with software configuration management and lifecycle tools (Git, CI/CD).
• Experience with CAN and data/log analysis using CANAnalyzer/PCAN.

Responsibilities

• Define embedded software vision, roadmap, and strategy for connected solutions.
• Lead architecture and integration for telematics, LiDAR, AI cameras, and UWB.
• Coordinate with suppliers, conduct technical reviews, ensure quality targets.
• Lead SIL/HIL validation and prototype field trials for performance and safety.
• Track and resolve production software issues, implement corrective actions.
