GE Aerospace in the United States seeks a senior embedded software specialist to develop and apply advanced software for embedded controls and communication systems on GE Aerospace products. You will interact with hardware suppliers and engineering tool providers, lead projects, document outcomes via patents and reports, and stay at the forefront of embedded software advances.

Collaboration across GE Aerospace and government agencies is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. with industry experience as specified.
• Strong background in embedded software development for x86/ARM.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Rust.
• Willingness to travel at least 2 weeks per year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and office in Niskayuna, NY.
