Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking multiple Software Engineers (Associate/Experienced/Senior) to join the Mission Systems Software team in Daytona Beach, Florida. You will design and implement new capabilities for the OFP for USAF and international customers, working in multi-discipline Agile scrum teams on ADCP II and related subsystems.

Roles involve embedded real-time software, RTOS, and DevOps tooling; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Active Secret Clearance
• 2+ years of experience in C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
• 2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems

Responsibilities

• Develops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
• Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
• Develops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
• Executes and documents software research and development projects
• Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations
• Troubleshoots software issues
• Works under general direction
