Job summary

Atom Computing is seeking a Senior Embedded Platform Engineer in Boulder to enhance software development workflows and maintain the critical infrastructure for quantum computing systems. The role focuses on infrastructure engineering to support embedded systems and requires being onsite at least 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, alongside 5+ years of managing large-scale distributed systems. Key responsibilities include optimizing monitoring systems, designing OTA update procedures, and improving CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience maintaining large scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design OTA update and configuration procedures for embedded systems.
• Develop automated management processes for embedded devices.
• Consult with security for embedded device specifications.
• Build monitoring and performance metrics systems for environments.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
