Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Sr Software Engineer in Minnesota (Mounds View/Saint Paul area) to design, implement, and validate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test architectures, integrating real hardware, simulators, and automated test execution.

The role emphasizes building automation frameworks, CI pipelines, and tools that improve system-level reliability and test coverage, collaborating across engineering teams to raise testability and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test bench with automated testing.
• Ability to integrate hardware, simulators, test infra and automated test execution into a reliable end-to-end HIL.
• Advanced Python automation development.
• Experience defining testing strategies for complex systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain HIL environments for reliable system-level verification.
• Develop automation frameworks, test utilities, simulation tools, CI pipelines and scripts.
• Partner with development and system teams to improve testability and validation.
