Job summary

BI Incorporated in Boulder, Colorado is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer. You will design, develop and document embedded software systems for company products and hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities include debugging firmware, analyzing performance and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of embedded tech. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or computer science and at least three years of relevant experience, with C and Python/C# proficiency and RTOS exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required.
At least three years of engineering and programming experience.
Experience with C and Python/C# programming; RTOS and Bare-metal preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops and documents embedded software systems and related hardware interfaces.
Debugs and fixes firmware issues in embedded systems.
Maintains knowledge of new embedded software technology and industry trends.
