Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded software or firmware development experience is implied.
• Experience with regulated medical devices or safety-critical industries is required.
• Strong hands‑on C/C++ development and knowledge of embedded Linux/RTOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for embedded software development and sustaining activities.
• Design, implement, debug, test, and maintain embedded software and firmware for medical devices.
• Define and evolve embedded software architecture, components, interfaces, and data flows.
• Analyze legacy software, resolve issues, and ensure traceability between requirements and verification.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
