Job summary

InVeris, headquartered in the Atlanta metro area, seeks an experienced Embedded Electronics Design Engineer to join its product teams. You will drive hardware and firmware across the full lifecycle from concept through production, collaborating with cross-functional design and manufacturing groups.

Applicants should have 8+ years in MCU-based embedded design, strong CAD skills, and experience with I2C/SPI/USB, wireless interfaces, and EMI/EMC/ESD considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of microcontroller based embedded electronics design.
• Proficient with EE CAD for schematic and PCB layout.
• Experience with I2C/SPI/USB interfaces.
• Experience with embedded firmware for microcontrollers.
• Design validation testing, circuit analysis and test fixtures.
• EMI/EMC/ESD design for certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into the full product life cycle from concept, design, development, proto-build, and transfer to manufacturing.
• Develop electrical embedded systems for electro-mechanical devices and work with cross functional teams.
• Review and evaluate product design through design reviews, V&V plans and FMEA.
• Designs that meet system requirements including prototyping, testing, troubleshooting and release.
• Support manufacturing with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure quality control.
