Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronic Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5–10 engineers.
• Oversee controls software development, system integration, and testing.
• Define controls architecture, platform, and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with software standards and program requirements.
• Support customer interactions, design reviews, and proposals.
