Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks a Senior Embedded Software & Controls Tech Specialist in New Hudson, MI to lead the design and validation of embedded control systems for defense applications. The role combines modeling, algorithm development, and hardware integration across the full lifecycle.

You will work with MATLAB/Simulink, real-time embedded platforms, and multi-loop architectures, performing SIL, HIL, bench, and vehicle testing.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in engineering or related field with 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with embedded control systems for defense or automotive applications.
• Proven ability to design, model, simulate, and validate complex control algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded control systems for defense applications.
• Implement and tune control algorithms using classic and modern techniques.
• Validate designs through SIL/HIL testing and vehicle-level deployment.
