Job summary

CACI seeks an Email Services Specialist to support the DIA mission. The role involves 24/7 operations, managing Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, and ensuring secure, compliant email systems across multiple sites. Requires TS/SCI with poly, DoDIIS/IC compliance, and hands-on Exchange expertise.

You'll work with cross‑functional teams to implement policies, maintain availability, and participate in continuous service improvement while adhering to federal regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start.
• Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
• An AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions
• Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Outlook configurations and related retention and archiving.
• Monitor email system usage, classification markings, security, and audit capabilities per IC and DoDIIS requirements.
• Ensure availability, resiliency, and reliability of email components and configurations per SLAs.
• Manage inbound/outbound connections to other email systems and related infrastructure for fault-tolerant delivery.
• Enforce audit, archiving, and retention policies across email and related content.
