Job summary

CACI is seeking an Email Services Engineer to support the DIA mission, designing and engineering enterprise‑wide email and collaboration services across on‑premise, cloud, and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will guide modernization, implement security controls, and ensure compliant, mission‑ready messaging ecosystems with thorough testing and transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly.
• DOD 8140 certification (Security+ minimum).
• 4+ years designing, integrating, and implementing IT solutions.
• MS/MA or BS/BA with extensive experience as specified.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and architectures to create messaging infrastructure designs.
• Design Exchange and Outlook architectures, retention, and archiving strategies.
• Implement PKI and MFA for client access to messaging services.
• Incorporate security controls to meet IC and DoDIIS requirements.
• Maximize availability and resilience to meet SLAs.
• Document and accredit new systems through RMF for testing and operations.
