Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Email Security Engineer to join our security engineering team in New York/New Jersey on-site.

You will lead enterprise email security initiatives, develop advanced email security solutions, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in email security, deep knowledge of Exchange Online/M365, Exchange 2016/2019, and strong scripting skills with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in email security or related engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Email platforms and related security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti‑Spam, Anti‑Malware).

• Strong knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti‑Spam, and Anti‑Malware.
• Experience with management and scripting in PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, and Load Balancers.
