Level All is seeking an Elixir Software Engineer to contribute to their web platform and applications. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in software engineering and extensive experience with Elixir, Phoenix, and PostgreSQL. This role emphasizes collaboration within the engineering team, with opportunities for project leadership and mentorship.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 yearly, with potential for performance-based increases and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Elixir (or another functional language) for at least four years.
• Strong understanding of OTP.
• Experience building web apps with Phoenix and LiveView.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs.
• Working experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Appreciation for automated tests and testing culture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to core web platform and supporting applications.
• Lead projects and mentor other engineers.
• Fix bugs and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
