Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of public contact experience providing information, answering questions and inquiries.
• Ability to read, comprehend and apply written directions and perform basic mathematical computations.
• Experience using a computer to retrieve and enter data.
• High school diploma or equivalent acceptable for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular quality assurance checks on completed cases.
• Train Eligibility Workers and oversee state and federal audits/reviews.
• Determine eligibility for federal and state payment programs, including food stamp, financial, and medical assistance.
