Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years of elevator supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to interpret customer concerns and mobilize internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Support sales in estimating service orders and scheduling.
• Manage project audits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
