Raytheon is seeking a Senior Electronics Test / Integration Field Technician to perform depot‑level inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems for the Javelin CLU and TD.
Initial assignment in Tucson, AZ with relocation to the United Kingdom near the end of 2027 and potential extensions. Requires security clearance and US citizenship. International travel will be required.

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Test / Integration Field Technician to join our team. In this role you will perform depot level inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in support of the Javelin missile Command Launch Unit (CLU) and training devices (TD).
Javelin is a highly advanced, man‑portable anti‑tank guided munition designed to be carried and launched by a single operator. Developed by the Javelin Joint Venture—a partnership between Raytheon and Lockheed Martin—the system delivers unmatched capability to U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, and international forces worldwide.
Javelin provides a medium‑range, fire‑and‑forget missile solution capable of defeating a wide range of threats, including armored vehicles, bunkers, and fortified positions. Its Command Launch Unit (CLU) doubles as a surveillance sight, enabling operators to detect and engage targets day or night, in all weather conditions.
The system can be deployed from multiple platforms and has demonstrated successful operation from remote launchers mounted on unmanned ground vehicles. Javelin has been combat‑proven in more than 5,000 engagements across Afghanistan and Iraq and is planned to remain in service through at least 2050.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignments including comprehensive post‑offer medical examination.

This position requires security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. This figure is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
