Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial customers, ensuring reliability and safe operations. The role requires 6+ years of electronics installation experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Graduation from electronics technician program or electrical apprenticeship.
• An additional three years of electronics installation/maintenance activities.
• 6+ years of electronics installation across multiple systems and programs.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Configures hardware and software, tests systems for proper operation.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Leads safety compliance and documentation.
• Mentors crew members and coordinates with project teams.
