M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems team. The role covers field installation, testing, maintenance, and commissioning of IDS, access control, CCTV, and IT equipment for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in electronics installation/maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The company provides training, leadership development, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Military Electronics Training (720 hours) required.
• Graduation from Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship required.
• At least 6+ years electronics installation/maintenance experience.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configure hardware and software, test systems, and provide technical support to customers.
• Lead commissioning efforts and represent M.C. Dean in meetings with owners and design teams.
• Participate in safety reviews, quality plans, and weekly resource meetings.
• Mentor crew members and communicate effectively with project teams.
