Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in Charleston, SC seeks an Electronics Technician 3 to support the Security and Electronic Systems unit.

You will perform on-site installations, tests, maintenance, and integration of intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial clients. Candidates should have 6+ years in electronics installation, HS diploma or GED, electronics technician or electrical apprenticeship, and ability to obtain or maintain required

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Electronics Technician program or Electrical Apprenticeship completion.
• An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret; U.S. Citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electronics systems.
• Perform site surveys, hardware/software configuration, testing and customer support.
• Lead commissioning, document findings, and coordinate with project teams and owners.
