Job summary

V2X, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Electronics Technician IV to provide advanced support for testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of complex microwave RF, analog, and digital systems used in aerospace and defense.

You will lead bench activities, guide technicians, coordinate priorities, and work with minimal supervision in a secure lab environment; hardware, software, and process improvements valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military/vocational electronics program with 4+ years experience.
• Hands-on electronics tech experience with RF/microwave, radar-related, or complex electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot RF, analog and digital systems to component level.
• Plan/test activities including setup, data collection, interpretation and verification.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-reliability environments.
• Strong RF/microwave knowledge and components.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex fault isolation and troubleshooting on RF, microwave, analog, and digital assemblies.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures to determine corrective actions.
• Set up and operate RF/microwave test equipment and measurement tools.
• Coordinate daily lab activities, priorities, and workstation readiness.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring to technicians.
