M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

The candidate will work in a field environment, performing on-site tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and quality standards across multiple projects. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or GED and electronics-focused training.
• Graduation from an Electronics Technician program or electrical apprenticeship.
• Minimum 6+ years of electronics installation and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conducts site surveys, configures hardware and software, tests systems, and provides customer support.
• Ensures safety plans are followed and project documentation is completed.
• Leads commissioning activities and interfaces with owners and design teams.
