Job summary

3M is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for Electronics Products in Maplewood, MN. You will drive design change management, build deep technical knowledge, and lead projects that improve quality, cost, and performance across display and electronics portfolios.

You will collaborate with global teams in manufacturing, regulatory, application engineering, and supply chain, driving product and process understanding to deliver sustained products. Relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required.
• At least 3 years in a technical role developing or sustaining products.

Responsibilities

• Manage design change management projects for display and electronics products.
• Build in-depth technical knowledge to evaluate improvements.
• Lead and support NPI projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory, and supplier teams.
• Write product standards and material specifications.
• Integrate new products into operations through NPI teams.
