• Analyze KPI achievement for continuous improvement.
• Ensure production processes meet customer quality standards.
• Manage production budgets and optimize processes to reduce costs.
• Lead and manage production teams, overseeing performance supervision.

Skills

Proficient in electronic manufacturing processes

Familiar with ERP/MES systems

Excellent team motivation skills

Able to conduct work guidance in English, Spanish, and Mandarin

Education

High school diploma + 5 years of experience

Associate bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience
