Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant electrical and instrumentation systems. The role requires hands-on failure analysis, equipment reliability improvements, and coordination with operations and Engineering.

Candidates should have PLC experience, 3-phase motor control knowledge, and strong mechanical understanding. Extensive documentation in Upkeep and ability to work extended shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician.
• PLC experience.
• 3 phase motor control experience.
• Mechanical experience, knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, fabricate, replace and/or repair industrial parts and equipment per demonstrated skill level competency.
• Operate instrument, electrical tools, and equipment required to troubleshoot and repair per safety and quality standards.
• Improve equipment reliability and cost effectiveness through ownership of systems and components.
• Serve as SME for a technology/equipment area, including spare parts planning and documentation.
• Document work performed in the maintenance system (Upkeep) and manage PM/PD records.
• Perform preventive maintenance per drawings, manuals, specs, and standards.
• Work 12-hour shifts and be available for nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
