Job summary

U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command is seeking a senior electronics/lead engineer to provide engineering support within the Engineering Division at Letterkenny Army Depot.

You will lead teams of engineers, technicians, tech writers, and a configuration manager up to GS-12 grade. As the LEAD technical authority and SME, you will analyze workloads for communications, electronics, chemical, industrial, and mechanical areas, advise on requirements for new technology, and coordinate with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
Professional engineering registration or FE/Examination credentials.
Experience at or above GS-12 level with specialized engineering duties.
Understanding of DoD acquisition regulations and Army standards.

Responsibilities

Provide senior engineering support to the Engineering Division and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Serve as LEAD technical authority and SME for workload analyses across multiple domains.
Advise division chiefs on requirements for new technology and future workloads.
Research and analyze new tech developments in Air/Missile Defense and coordinate with OEMs.
