Intellisense Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer for its Tactical Systems Department in Torrance, CA. You will design ruggedized military hardware, develop firmware, and ensure system‑level compliance from concept through production.

Requires 5–8+ years in analog/digital design, C firmware, and VHDL/Verilog, plus U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility. Onsite role with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years analog/digital circuit design with embedded software/firmware.
• Proficient in C for microcontrollers and/or VHDL/Verilog for firmware.
• U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics projects through design of quick‑turn and product boards using Altium.
• Develop bare‑metal firmware in C for PIC MCUs and/or VHDL for FPGAs/CPLDs.
• End‑to‑end development from system requirements to test and verification.
• Plan hardware tests and prototype fielding for production transition.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure cohesive sub‑system integration.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
