Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Decatur, GA is seeking a Sr. Electronics Engineer to drive new product design, cost reductions and sustaining engineering for Electronics & Light Engines.

You will prototype, test, and assemble samples, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, proven electronics hardware design experience, and strong PCB design skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience independently designing electronics hardware.
• Strong PCB design/layout experience.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping, testing, and assembling prototypes/samples for evaluating designs and costs.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Mentor other electronics engineers and collaborate with Focus Factory and Product management.
• Apply LEAN processes to streamline development and improve processes.
