In this role as part of the Home Interconnects & Interconnect Controls team you will be responsible for interconnecting sources and loads across Generac’s product portfolio. We own controls and hardware that tie generators, energy storage, transfer switches, load-management devices, and metering together into a coordinated home energy system. As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will own and drive the board architecture for our interconnect products - from power-conversion, metering, and control architecture through verification and production. This is an ownership role, not a pure execution one: you will set technical direction, make the architecture and component-selection decisions, and partner closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineering to bring robust, cost-effective products to market.
