Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years with BA/BS, or 6+ years with Master’s in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to improve quality, delivery, cost, innovation and sustainability.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation and award of first-time contracts for multiple units.
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics commodities.
• Support win-back during business opportunities by vetting critical suppliers.
• Conduct spend analyses to find cost-reduction opportunities.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers.
