Acara Solutions in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator to support the fabrication, assembly, integration, and inspection of complex electronic and mechanical components in a highly technical manufacturing environment.

In this hands-on role, you'll build and support sophisticated assemblies, prototypes, RF cable systems, and mission-critical hardware that contribute to advanced technology programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in manufacturing and electronics assembly required.
• 4+ years component-level electronics assembly experience.
• Proficiency reading engineering drawings and work instructions.
• 2+ years RF cable/wire harness fabrication or testing.
• Experience with prototype builds and advanced manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SPC/quality procedures in regulated environments.
• IPC 7711 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication, assembly, integration, and inspection of complex hardware.
• Perform RF cable fabrication and assembly with precision and traceability.
• Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing docs to build to spec.
• Apply quality processes and continuous improvement in daily work.
