• Mentor and provide technical assistance to fellow assemblers.
• Set up and operate advanced test equipment for troubleshooting.
• Interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met.

Skills

Proficiency in using tools, gauges, schematics, and electronic equipment

Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Basic computer skills

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Certifications in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC-7711
