As an Electronics Technician, you’ll play a critical role in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing electronic products using advanced tools like oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and Hi‑Pot meters. What You’ll Do:

• Test and Troubleshoot: Set up and operate specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, troubleshooting to the component and sub‑assembly level using schematics and established procedures.

• Collaborate and Lead: Provide technical guidance to Assemblers and mentor new technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Drive Quality: Interpret drawings and specifications, recommend process improvements, and ensure all quality feedback is documented and communicated effectively.

What You Bring:

• Education: A 2‑year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or 4‑year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field. PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.

• This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

• Experience: 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience with a 2‑year degree or Certified Electronics Program, or no experience required with a 4‑year degree.

• Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, using tools and gauges, interpreting schematics, and maintaining close specifications. Strong dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and basic computer skills are essential.

The base pay range for this position is $31 – $37 per hour. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 6/1/2026.
