Job summary

Suvi, an Akima Company, seeks an Electronic Surveillance System Analyst to join our team supporting the FBI's National Domestic Communications Assistance Center (NDCAC). You will help implement system studies, design new computer systems, and develop workflow diagrams to specify operations for equipment and software.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in help desk and network support, 3 years IT operations, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized experience.
• At least 5 years of direct related experience in help desk and network support.
• 3 years of experience in IT help desk operations with familiarity in troubleshooting, operating and maintaining IT systems.
• Experience with criminal investigations involving cyber or electronic surveillance techniques.
• Experience with Federal, State and Local criminal law and criminal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Implements system studies.
• Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources.
• Develops workflow charts and diagrams to specify operations to be performed by equipment and programs.
• Performs work under minimal supervision and handles complex issues.
• Experience with electronic surveillance intercepts and investigations.
