The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electronic security systems, strong communication, and experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems
• Property Technology Security backgrounds are required
• Proficient with MS Project or similar scheduling software
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with security system integration (access control, intrusion, CCTV) a plus
• Knowledge of security drawings and electrical/civil drawing packages

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and subcontractors
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and technical staff
• Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders
• Read and interpret security drawings and related plans
• Manage integration engineers programming security systems
• Maintain project equipment inventory and red‑line drawings
• Assist with creating proposals as needed
