Job summary

MANDEX, Inc in the government contracting sector seeks a Senior Electronic Security Engineer to lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced security systems, including access control, intrusion, and video surveillance. You will collaborate with government project leads and contractors, develop engineering plans and requirements, and provide technical leadership across planning, deployment, and ongoing operations.

A PE or CPP/PSP is highly desirable; candidate must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE certification is highly desirable.
• CPP and PSP certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in electronic security systems, physical security, and secure environments is required.
• Experience developing engineering documentation and system designs is essential.
• Experience coordinating with government customers and technical stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering for design, integration, testing, and sustainment of electronic security systems.
• Lead development and deployment of access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with Government leads and contractors to define requirements and solutions.
• Create and maintain engineering plans, system requirements, designs, and test documentation.
• Evaluate security technologies, identify risks, and recommend compliant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across planning, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
