Job summary

SARACA, a global engineering R&D services company, is seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronics Engineer with 6+ years of PCBA design and embedded electronics expertise. The role covers end-to-end product development, from concept to manufacturing, with a focus on analog/digital circuitry, signal integrity, and motor integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a direct electrical engineering role.
• PCBA ideation, design, prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
• Analog and digital circuitry design and development.
• Proficiency in Cadence and/or Altium for PCB design and layout.
• Embedded electrical design experience.
• Ability to debug and test electrical systems with oscilloscopes and test tools.
• Strong understanding of board-level PCB design and signal integrity.
• Experience with motor integration and DC motor control.
• Knowledge of various communication protocols (Bluetooth, SPI, I2C, USB, UART).
• Design for EMC/EMI, ESD/at-fast transients, and regulatory standards like IEC 60601-*.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through prototyping, testing, validation and manufacturing support.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners to solve design challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and drive robust, compliant electrical solutions in regulated environments.
