You will own design reviews, validation plans, and supplier evaluation, collaborating across functions to expand the warehouse automation portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing, testing, and integrating related products.
• Strong self-initiative with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven leadership experience across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, prototyping, and testing of automation solutions.
• Oversee design and implementation of automated control stations.
• Create 3D models, wiring diagrams, safety features, and sourcing.
• Drive validation testing and ensure manufacturability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to training curricula.
