Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in robotics or physical systems software engineering or embedded systems development.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed teams is preferred.
• Experience in rapid prototyping environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project leadership to deliver custom electromechanical solutions that integrate with core robot and fleet management products.
• Act as external-facing technical representative, translating customer insights into actionable solutions and custom applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop payloads or mechanical systems for autonomous platforms.
• Resolve high-risk technical challenges spanning perception, controls, safety, compute, and hardware/software integration.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and technical documentation of findings and deliverables.
• Assist in facilitating technical requirements and sprint planning sessions.
