Endurance Energy Inc. is building a subsea geothermal power plant and seeks an engineer to own hardware end to end, including electronics cooling, packaging, connectors, and actuators. You will collaborate with power electronics engineers to design, test, and deploy subsea hardware in demanding environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on hardware development, sea trials, and ownership of components from concept through qualification, with a fast‑moving startup culture and equity opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience designing electromechanical hardware for demanding environments.
• Ownership of at least one electromechanical component from concept through qualification and fielded use.

Mansioni

• Own electromechanical hardware end to end: electronics cooling, enclosures, busswork, connectors, actuators, and mechanisms.
• Design high‑power electrical interfaces and subsea packaging for power electronics.
• Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and tolerance analyses for assemblies.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions for failures.
