Job summary

Rexel USA in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Senior Assembly Technician to join the Parts Super Center team. You will assemble electromechanical products, test them electrically, and ensure quality control across assemblies.

You’ll train junior technicians, support ISO processes, and assist with inventory management. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in assembly/quality control, familiarity with schematics and electrical testing, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Assembly, Quality Control, or Inventory Management.
• Experience in mechanical assembly of electromechanical products.
• Experience performing electrical testing on assemblies with multimeter, oscilloscope and continuity testing.
• High School or GED required.
• Ability to read work instructions, BOMs and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform electrical testing and verify assemblies meet quality standards.
• Read engineering drawings and bill of materials accurately.
• Lead buddy training for Level I/II Technicians and assist in inventory management.
• Support ISO certification and maintain quality documentation.
