Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field and 5+ years of experience in electromagnetic design.
- Proven ability to design electromagnetic actuators, magnetic circuits, and advanced motion systems.
- Experience with simulation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electromagnetic actuators, magnetic circuits, coils, and PM assemblies.
- Develop magnetic architectures including Halbach arrays and linear/direct-drive motors.
- Run multiphysics simulations and validate with lab data.
- Collaborate with controls, mechanical, and electrical teams to meet performance goals.
