Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years in product testing and V&V.
• Experience testing electro-mechanical products.
• Ability to translate requirements into test plans.
• Strong hands-on test fixture and data analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop verification and validation strategies aligned with requirements.
• Create test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout development.
• Design and maintain test fixtures and automated test setups.
• Analyze data and provide actionable engineering insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
